Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of industrial materials and spare parts using SAP S/4HANA.
Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits within SAP S/4HANA.
Process goods movement transactions such as goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers in the SAP system.
Ensure timely and accurate material availability for production, maintenance, and project requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements and stock replenishment.
Monitor stock levels and generate SAP S/4HANA reports for inventory status, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.
Adhere to industrial safety standards and store housekeeping protocols.
Support compliance with company policies and ensure SAP S/4HANA data integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in an industrial store or warehouse environment.
Robust understanding of industrial inventory management, material handling, and SAP S/4HANA processes.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced industrial setting.
