We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Homeroom Teacher to create a nurturing and inquiry-driven learning environment for young learners. The teacher will support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of children through play-based and structured learning experiences. The role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to foster curiosity, independence, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with the PYP and Early Years learning outcomes.
Create a stimulating, protected, and inclusive classroom setting where children feel valued and confident to explore.
Implement inquiry-based and play-driven pedagogical approaches to support holistic development.
Foster the development of learner profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills.
Collaborate with the Coordinator and team members on unit planning, assessments, and reporting.
Observe and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.




Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and caregivers through meetings, conferences, and progress reports.
Participate in school events, professional development sessions, and curriculum-related training.
Uphold the school's values and act as a positive role model for students.

Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Teaching certification/license (as per regulatory requirements).
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in an Early Years or PYP setting.
Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional growth.

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday | 7:40 AM - 2:10 PM
(Occasional extended hours may be required based on school needs.)
