Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products, services, or set appointments.
Lead Generation/Sales: Persuade customers to purchase products or services, aiming to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Inbound Query Management: Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and questions regarding products or services.
Documentation: Accurately update CRM systems, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, conversations, and contact details.
Script Adherence: Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality interaction.




Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Local Language].
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry.
Persuasion: Solid negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
