Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Actively recruit recent blood donors through various community channels and create strategies to retain current donors for regular, repeat donations.
Organize, plan, and promote blood drives at schools, colleges, workplaces, religious centers, and community events.
Educate the public on the importance of voluntary blood donation, address misconceptions, and explain the donation process.
Build and maintain robust partnerships with community leaders, businesses, and organizations to host blood drives.
Create, distribute, and display promotional materials (posters, flyers) and use social media to raise awareness about blood shortages or upcoming drives.
Maintain accurate records of donor information, track recruitment goals, and generate reports on drive success and community engagement.
Mobilize donors quickly during times of emergency or blood shortage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field is often preferred.
Previous experience in community outreach, sales, customer service, or donor recruitment is highly valued.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to match community event schedules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
