Data Ingestion Dev - LO / Lights-On Support Role OverviewFull-stack engineer supporting AWS-based data ingestion platform, focused on production stability, incident handling, and automation.

Responsibilities
Own L1/L2 production support for APIs, services, and data pipelines
Monitor logs and dashboards (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog) and respond to alerts
Troubleshoot across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Implement bug fixes, patches, and configuration changes following release processes
Build automation (runbooks, scripts) to reduce manual effort
Support deployments, patching, and release validation
Maintain incident reports, postmortems, and knowledge base
Improve observability and system reliability (metrics, logging, alerts)

Required Skills
4+ years experience in full-stack/backend development with production support




Proficiency in Python / Java / .NET
Solid AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM, etc.)
Solid debugging using logs, APM tools, and tracing frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

Preferred Skills
AWS Certifications
Experience with Kubernetes / EKS
Exposure to Kafka, SQS, Redshift or data streaming platforms
