Position Description:
As a National Relationship Manager - Bancassurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic relationships with national-level banking partners. This role requires close collaboration with the bank’s senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and regional sales teams to ensure business alignment, performance delivery, and seamless partner engagement. The role focuses on driving insurance sales, enhancing operational efficiencies, and maintaining solid and productive relationships at all levels of the partner bank’s hierarchy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Management: Own the relationship with national banking partners and act as a single point of contact for strategic collaboration.
Sales Planning & Execution: Align insurance sales targets with bank objectives; design and implement national-level plans to achieve business growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:



Work closely with bank leadership and GoDigit internal teams to align sales strategies and address partnership priorities.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, productivity KPIs, and market penetration across regions; provide regular insights to senior management.
Training & Development: Coordinate partner training initiatives on insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques across geographies.
Campaign & R&R; Execution: Design and roll out nationwide sales campaigns, incentive structures, and recognition programs for partner engagement.
Operational Coordination: Liaise with internal operations, claims, and servicing teams to ensure timely support for partner branches and customers.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in service delivery or partner onboarding and recommend enhancements for seamless functioning.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate partner MIS and share data-dr
