Role Overview

We’re hiring an Architect to work as a Home Design Advisor. You will support homeowners by clarifying doubts, guiding them with the right information, coordinating next steps with professionals, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience on Koloapp.

What this role is (and is not)

This role IS: homeowner guidance, requirement understanding, consultation, coordination, follow-ups, and outcome ownership.
This role is NOT: preparing floor plans, 3D designs, working drawings, or managing on-site execution/supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Advise homeowners throughout their construction/interiors journey and resolve queries with transparent, practical guidance
Conduct online consultations to understand homeowner needs, style preferences, budget range, and timelines




Suggest the right next steps and help homeowners make better decisions (what to ask, what to verify, common mistakes to avoid)
Coordinate with the Lead Advisor and internal teams to ensure smooth case handling
Match homeowners with suitable professionals and coordinate intro calls, meetings, and site visits to drive progress
Ensure timely follow-ups, status updates, and robust customer experience across all active cases
Maintain easy case notes/reports to improve tracking, learning, and service quality

Requirements:
Architecture degree (preferred/required)
4+ years experience in home construction / interiors industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of residential workflows (planning → design → quotation → execution)
Comfortable handling multiple clients in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
