Tender Identification & Analysis: Daily monitoring of e-tender portals to identify relevant opportunities. Documentation & Submission: Preparing, compiling, and submitting pre-qualification documents, tender questionnaires, and final bid proposals accurately. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaising with technical, finance, and sales teams to gather necessary technical data and commercial quotations. Compliance Check: Ensuring all tender documents comply with company policy, industry standards, and specific client requirements. Portal Management (e.g., GeM): Managing registration, tender downloading, product adding, and online bid submission, especially on Government e-Marketplace portals. Relationship Management: Liaising with clients for inquiries, tender queries, and follow-ups post-submission. Record Keeping: Maintaining a comprehensive database of tender status, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), Bank Guarantees (BG), and work orders.
