Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad options including country selection, universities, courses, eligibility, and intake timelines.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
Coordinate with international universities, partner institutions, and internal teams.
Update and manage student data on CRM/Zoho or other systems.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Stay updated on immigration rules, university policies, scholarships, and global education trends.
Participate in seminars, webinars, events, and promotional activities when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Solid knowledge of study abroad destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
Excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Experience in education consulting or overseas counseling preferred.
Ability to handle multiple students and work in a target-driven workplace.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate/Post-Graduate (Any stream).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
