Identifying customer demands and requirements.
Coordinate with the operation, sales and production team
Customer satisfaction Payment Follow Up Coordinate logistics for product delivery.
Manage billing and shipment processes for international & Domestic clients.
Coordinate with third-party logistics companies for effective logistics operations.
Oversee customer shipments and handle billing-related tasks.
Prepare and send invoices to clients, while monitoring and resolving billing issues as needed.
Knowledge of domestic procedures or relevant experience.
For invoicing will give trainings
Experience - 1 TO 3 yrs in B2B manufacturing idnustry
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
