About the Internship

We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious interns who are interested in sales, marketing, business development, and startup growth.

This is a practical field-based internship where interns will directly interact with business owners, understand real market dynamics, and help expand the RTW business network.

This is not a desk-only internship.



You will gain real-world experience in communication, sales pitching, networking, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Outreach
Visit cafes, restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, and local businesses
Interact with business owners and decision-makers
Introduce and explain RTW membership and partnership prospects

Sales & Marketing
Support onboarding of businesses onto the RTW platform
Assist in pitching branding and visibility solutions
Help generate leads and referrals through field networking

Market Research
Identify potential business opportunities in assigned areas
Gather market insights and competitor information
Understand customer requirements and business challenges

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily activity reports
Coordinate with the RTW leadership team
Track meetings, leads, and conversions
