Role & responsibilities:
Lead Oracle GTM implementation, configuration, and support.
Drive end-to-end Global Trade Compliance processes.
Design solutions for Restricted Party Screening, sanctions, product classification, country of origin, and trade agreements.
Lead integrations with Oracle Fusion/EBS, OTM, and third-party systems.
Manage technical design, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable GTM solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
Preferred candidate profile:
12+ years of overall IT experience with robust hands-on Oracle GTM expertise.
Proven experience leading Oracle GTM implementations and support projects.
Solid knowledge of Global Trade Management and Trade Compliance.
Expertise in GTM configuration, workflows, agents, rules, and integrations.
Experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS, OTM, OIC, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and SQL.
Robust solution-design, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience leading teams and working with global business stakeholders.
Oracle GTM/OTM certification is an added advantage.
