Role & responsibilities
Oversee full plant operations from raw material receiving/in-housing to final shipment dispatch.
Drive line balancing, capacity utilization, and efficiency initiatives across all departments to optimize manufacturing performance and reduce costs.
Direct cross-functional heads across Merchandising, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and HR to streamline plant workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
Manage factory overheads, workforce budget planning, and operational resource allocation to hit target KPIs.
5 Enforce factory-wide safety compliance and manage critical operational escalations with senior management.
