Tool Familiarity: Robust hands-on experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.
Certifications
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM).
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
