Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Incharge (Civil) to ensure quality standards and compliance for executing Highrise Residential Project (Mivan) in Hyderabad location. The role involves implementing QA/QC procedures, monitoring site execution, and ensuring all works meet design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and quality plans
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Conduct inspections and monitor quality at all stages of construction

Site Quality Monitoring
Perform regular site inspections to identify defects and deviations
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Monitor workmanship and material quality

Testing & Documentation
Ensure material testing and site testing as per standards
Maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, and reports




Prepare and submit quality reports and MIS

Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and project requirements
Participate in audits and ensure closure of observations

Vendor & Contractor Quality
Monitor contractor performance from a quality perspective
Ensure adherence to approved materials and processes
Conduct vendor quality evaluations

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Should have 12 to 15 yrs of relevant experience in QA/QC role.
Must have experience in High rise residential projects with Mivan technology.
Solid exposure to quality control in civil construction.
Ability to handle end-to-end QA/QC activities at site.
