What does the job entail?:
Manage and develop a portfolio of Defence Affinity accounts, ensuring solid relationships and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and expand Defence Affinity business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Defence Affinity sector, through market research and analysis.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in Defence Affinity segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Defence Affinity decision-makers and influencers.
Stay up-to-date on regulatory and industry changes affecting the Defence Affinity sector.
Manage and track sales pipeline,
ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
