YOUR IMPACT
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for driving product execution and release delivery throughout the product development lifecycle. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic product objectives into actionable plans and successful product outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business priorities and technical execution, ensuring that customer needs, product strategy, and engineering investments are effectively aligned. You will lead requirement definition, prioritization, backlog management,



and release planning activities while helping teams deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions at scale.
The successful candidate will bring robust leadership, product ownership, Agile delivery expertise, and a passion for continuously improving product development processes within a global organization.
What The Role Offers
Defining and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs, identify prospects, and validate solutions.
Collaborating with key customers (internal/external) to acquire and respond to product feedback for future product releases and communicate roadmap details.
Understanding product competitors and supporting the development of competitive responses for sales and marketing.
Independently managing products and ensuring alignment with other cross-functional teams.
