We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with solid hands-on experience in Laravel and MERN stack who can independently handle development, troubleshoot complex issues, interact with clients, and provide effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Laravel, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and MySQL.
Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Take ownership of development, debugging and production issues.
Analyze problems and provide quick, practical and scalable solutions.
Review code and maintain coding standards and application quality.
Support and guide junior developers on technical challenges when required.




Handle multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

Requirements
4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience in Laravel and MERN stack.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Git.
Positive debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of tasks.
AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience will be an added advantage.
