Shift: Night Shift (7PM 4AM)
Required Skills
1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Solid experience working on W2 and C2C requirements.
Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
Knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
