Key Responsibilities
Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR), tenders, and all relevant documentation for government and private projects.
Carry out cost estimation, BOQ preparation, detailed estimates, rate analysis, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Develop and present cost proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all project estimates.
Coordinate and liaise with clients to understand and determine project needs and requirements.
Ensure all project estimates comply with budget constraints and prescribed timelines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up on all project-related submissions.

Requirements:
Robust experience in QS for architectural, civil, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to handle project estimation requirements independently.
Excellent knowledge of government tendering procedures and documentation (preferred).
Positive communication and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
