Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing and driven Business Development Manager (C&I;) with a proven track record of securing high-ticket, Megawatt (MW) scale rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. In this role,



you will lead B2B sales initiatives, build relationships with C-level executives, and drive revenue growth across the C&I; sector.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire potential C&I; clients (manufacturing units, industrial parks, commercial complexes, textiles, auto ancillary, etc.) for captive/open-access solar projects.
- Large-Scale Deal Closure: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value solar projects ranging from 1 MW to multi-Megawatt capacities (CAPEX & OPEX/PPA models).
