Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and supervise junior staff
Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
Perform financial analysis and reporting to management
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Review reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Improve accounting systems and internal controls

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (M.Com preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
Experience in handling audits and finalization of accounts
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced Excel
Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills

These positions are required to support our ongoing operations and ensure efficient handling of accounting and financial activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
