Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and drive team performance to meet operational goals.
Logistics Expertise: Hands-on experience with OTR & Drayage operations; U.S. logistics experience is preferred.
Freight Brokerage Knowledge: Practical understanding of freight brokering and related processes.
Sales & Client Relations: Proven ability to generate business and maintain robust client relationships.
