Required Skills:
7+ years of ServiceNow configuration/implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI features.
Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Studio IDE, and ATF.
Valuable understanding of data management and databases.
Robust customer-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based environments.
Positive to Have:
AI adoption and change management experience.
Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI.
Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
