Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Rapid Formulas.
Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM APIs/REST/SOAP Services.
Create and maintain BI Publisher Reports and data extracts.
Work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle technologies.
Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production activities.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to optimize Oracle HCM processes.
Preferred candidate profile
4.5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
Robust expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Rapid Formula, and OIC.
Experience developing HCM integrations using Oracle APIs.
Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports and data migration.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.
