Role & responsibilities
Maintaining of all Vehicles and keeping them ready in all aspects.
Recruitment of Drivers, training them and instructing them for protected driving.
Keeping track of vehicles when they go on medical camps / out station trips.
Providing valet services to all visitors with out any delay.
Hiring private vehicles and get their bill Payment procedure in time.
To maintain all vehicle history log books along with Trip sheets of vehicle.
To monitor the regular moments of hired vehicle and safe procedures of private drivers.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with relevant experience in managing Motor Transport operations.
Strong experience in vehicle management and driver supervision.
Valuable knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety procedures, trip management, and transport operations.
Experience in managing hired/private vehicles and transport vendors.
Positive coordination, communication, and team management skills.
