Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing key client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and developing account plans that support growth and retention. The Senior Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to execute projects, resolve issues, and monitor performance against agreed targets.
Daily activities include conducting review meetings with clients, preparing reports and presentations, negotiating terms where needed, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
