Role & responsibilities
Conduct Fire & Safety training programs for employees, customers, and other audiences.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions and presentations.
Explain technical and safety-related topics in a simple and understandable manner.
Engage and interact confidently with different types of audiences.
Use solid public speaking and presentation skills to maintain audience attention.
Travel to different locations for conducting training programs.
Understand new concepts quickly and continuously improve training content.
Stay updated with new ideas, safety practices, and industry developments.
Coordinate with the internal team for training schedules and requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
35 years of experience in Training / Soft Skills / Behavioral Training. Training, Teaching, Fire & Safety, Sales Training, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Positive public speaking and presentation skills.
Should be able to attract and engage the audience.
Energetic, confident and willing to learn current things.
Good grasping and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Fire & Safety is an added advantage.
Should be willing to travel for training programs.
Age: 30–40 years.
Male candidates preferred.
