Role & responsibilities
Field & Site Operations: Visit various deployment sites daily to monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of deployed manpower (Security Guards, Housekeeping, Technical/Non-Technical staff).
Client Liaisoning:-Act as the primary point of contact for Government Officials, Department Heads, and Private Clients. Maintain healthy relationships and ensure zero client complaints.
Onboarding & Deployment:* Manage immediate deployment of manpower as per recent tender requirements. Arrange quick replacements in case of absenteeism.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to government labor laws, PSARA regulations, Minimum Wages Act, PF, and ESIC compliance at the ground level.
Billing & Attendance Verification:Collect, verify,



and cross-check daily/monthly attendance logs from site supervisors and coordinate with the head office for timely invoice generation.
Grievance Redressal: Resolve in office disputes, staff issues, and operational bottlenecks swiftly without disrupting the clients work.
Reporting: Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the Management/Head Office regarding site status and client feedback.
Skills:* Solid leadership, crisis management, negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
