A SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker is hiring for its Corporate Access desk within Institutional Equities.

Key responsibilities:
Manage and expand relationships with listed corporates and institutional investors, acting as the link between corporates, research and sales
Maintain and deepen existing corporate relationships while onboarding recent corporates across sectors
Facilitate direct institutional-investor access to listed corporates via non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows and domestic and international conferences
Plan, schedule and end-to-end manage investor access events and expert interactions
Work with Research and Institutional Sales to design and execute conferences and investor events
Support analyst roadshows, expert calls and management meetings

We are looking for a robust existing network with listed corporates and buy-side institutions, high ownership under tight timelines, CXO-level comfort and detail-oriented execution on high-profile events.

Tools: CRM systems, MS Office, Bloomberg / Reuters.
