We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Enrollment Manager to lead student recruitment and admissions across Drama School Mumbais programmes and educational initiatives.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, youll play a key role in guiding applicants through their admissions journey while ensuring every interaction reflects DSMs commitment to excellence.

What Youll Do
Lead the end-to-end admissions and enrollment process.
Build strong relationships with prospective students through counselling and engagement.
Manage the CRM, lead pipeline and admissions data.
Coordinate auditions, scholarships and admissions events.
Work closely with our Academic, Outreach, Marketing Communications, and Operations teams.
Analyse admissions data and continuously improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

Were Looking For Someone Who
Has 47 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education or student recruitment.
Is an excellent communicator with robust organisational and relationship-building skills.
Is comfortable using CRM systems and data to drive decisions.




Can manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented, rapid-paced environment.
Has a genuine interest in education, theatre or the creative arts.
