Looking for Laboratory Operations Manager Location : Bengaluru, Hosur NP: Immediate Experience: 6–12 years of experience in testing laboratories / quality /environmental testing, with exposure to lab operations and team management Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field Technical Knowledge: Positive understanding of testing standards, lab operations, andquality systems (ISO/IEC 17025 preferred)Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Test Activity Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor all testing activities to ensuretimely execution and optimal utilization of resources.2. Customer Coordination C Communication: Manage test slot bookings, provide statusupdates, and handle customer queries, clarifications, and escalations.3. Program C SRF Management: Review and approve SRFs, ensure proper sample tracking,and monitor execution of test programs as per requirements.4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, delivery, finance, and sales teams toensure smooth execution and alignment of test programs.5. Maintenance Management:



Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance;coordinate with AMC/service teams to ensure minimal downtime.6. Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality objectives, ensure compliancewith standards (ISO/IEC), and maintain overall lab quality systems.7. Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and manage non-conforming work;perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.8. Calibration Management: Plan and ensure timely calibration of all equipment andinstruments; maintain records and traceability.9. Resource C Shift Management: Allocate manpower, manage shifts, and ensureavailability of skilled resources for uninterrupted operations.10. Test Report Management: Review, verify, and approve test reports ensuring accuracy,completeness, and compliance with requirements.11.
