Position - HNI Fundraiser

Work Location - Mumbai, Bangalore

Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced HNI Fundraiser to lead the identification, engagement, cultivation, and stewardship of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), philanthropists, family offices, and other major individual donors.

The role will be responsible for building robust, long term relationships with HNI donors, understanding their philanthropic interests, developing compelling funding proposals, and mobilizing significant resources to support the organizations programmes and mission.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and prospective HNI donors.
Understand donors philanthropic interests and align them with the organizations programmes and impact areas.
Conduct regular donor meetings, presentations, programme visits, and engagement activities.
Ensure timely communication, reporting, acknowledgement, and recognition of donors.




Work closely with programme teams to communicate the organizations impact effectively to donors.
Prepare donor updates, impact reports, success stories Etc
Organize donor visits and prospects for meaningful engagement with beneficiaries and programmes, wherever appropriate.
Ensure compliance with applicable NGO, FCRA, tax, and internal fundraising policies.

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in fundraising, major donor/HNI engagement, philanthropy, CSR, development sector, or relationship management.
Proven track record of raising funds from HNIs, philanthropists, family foundations, or major individual donors will be strongly preferred.
Experience working with senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, family offices, or philanthropic foundations is an advantage.
