Compliance under the SECC Regulations, inter alia, including submission of monthly development reports, SEBI Inspection Reports, monitoring of the shareholding limits, coordination with depositories/RTA, etc.
Handling all documentation pertaining to the Directors appointment, annual disclosures, etc.
Compliances relating to Companies Act and, Secretarial Standards, inter alia, including filing of returns/ forms with ROC, facilitating Secretarial Audit, maintaining statutory registers, etc.
Compliances under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, inter alia, including tracking shareholding of employees, monthly reports,



initial / annual / periodic / continual disclosures, etc.
Drafting of Agenda, Minutes for Board /Committees meetings, correspondences with Regulatory Authorities.
Preparation of Annual Report and holding of general meetings
Handling ancillary matters viz. ESOP, dividend, Constitution/reconstitution of committees of the board and its scope etc.
