Position: Senior Designer

Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities
Develop robust visual concepts and design solutions across campaigns, digital, social media, and brand communication.
Translate creative briefs into impactful and visually compelling design directions.
Create work that is fresh, distinctive, and aligned with the brand s visual identity.
Collaborate closely with copy, art, film, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards.
Contribute to pitches and key campaigns with strong visual ideas and presentations.
Stay updated with design, culture, digital, and technology trends to bring fresh thinking to the work.
Present and confidently articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients when required.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in design at creative, digital, branding, or advertising agencies.




A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital work, social media, branding, and visual storytelling.
Robust command of design tools with an excellent eye for typography, layout, composition, and aesthetics.
Ability to turn briefs into original and engaging visual ideas.
Strong understanding of digital and social-first design.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with copy, art, film, and strategy teams.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects and timelines.
