Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Motor Insurance Renewal Telecaller to handle outbound calls to existing customers whose vehicle insurance policies are due for renewal. The candidate will explain renewal options, collect required documents, follow up with customers, and close renewal business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to existing policyholders prior to policy expiry to remind them of upcoming renewals.
Consultation & Advisory: Explain policy advantages, coverage add-ons, and renewal options clearly to customers.
Objection Handling: Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and negotiate terms professionally to secure renewals.
Document & Process Management: Collect and verify required customer/vehicle documents and coordinate with internal insurance/back-office teams for seamless policy issuance.
Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow up with prospective renewals through payment completion and final policy delivery.
Data & CRM Maintenance: Update call status,



customer details, and follow-ups in SERVEX/MS Excel, while maintaining daily calling and renewal MIS reports.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and renewal targets while adhering to company processes and insurance compliance standards.
