Painting FRM Job Description

Role: Painting FRM (Field Relationship Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

Visit customer locations to inspect the house, rooms, and painting requirements.

Understand the customers requirements and assess the area to be painted.

Prepare and provide a suitable painting quotation based on the inspection.

Convince customers and close the deal during the inspection.

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to convert leads.

Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

Manage approximately 4 customer inspections per day with around 20 to 25 km of daily travel.

Candidate Profile:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Positive convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Average English communication is sufficient.

Should be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.

Robust focus on achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Salary 21k to 27k takehome (30k ctc) additionally petrol allowance and incentives.

Bike and Driving license mandatory for any field role
