This role is based out of Andheri, Mumbai.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role.
Job Responsibilities:
To keep records of bills processed and payment made in soft form for above categories .
To send confirmation to vendors as and when payment is made
To maintain details of Budget and Amount paid on month wise on real time basis.
To ensure bills processed does not exceed the quantities mentioned in the Purchase Orders.
To prepare Grant Utilization Certificate on quarterly basis
To Reconcile thematic wise expenses with Tally on monthly basis
Monitor the budget and amount spent on a monthly basis.
Bring it to the management wherever actual spending is more or will be more than budget and vice versa
To develop and prepare financial reports and PPTs for review with Senior Management
To prepare presentation for Budget and spent on monthly basis
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel), Tally knowledge is a must
