Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive to manage production planning, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and order tracking. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customer Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare production plans accordingly.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and production schedules are met.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and requirements.
Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
Manage dispatch planning and coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, production, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and order tracking systems.




Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement in planning and coordination processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred).
2 - 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Customer Coordination, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
