Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end new product development activities.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify recent product prospects.
Coordinate product trials, sample development, and product launches.
Develop and manage vendors for sourcing components and materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Production, and Marketing.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new suppliers/vendors.
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Handle procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
Preferred Background: Candidates from Consumer Durables, Houseware, Kitchenware, Plastic Manufacturing, or Homeware Industries
