Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and design creative tablescapes, table settings and dcor themes based on event requirements.
Develop mood boards, dcor concepts, colour palettes and styling proposals.
Select and coordinate table linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, centrepieces, florals, candles, props and accessories.
Create creative seasonal, festive, luxury and experiential table designs.
Coordinate with florists, decorators, vendors and event teams for execution.
Source and maintain dcor elements, props and styling inventory.
Ensure quality, consistency and timely execution of table dcor setups.
Work within approved budgets while maintaining the desired visual impact.
Stay updated on emerging trends in event dcor, hospitality styling, luxury dining and tablescape design.
Support photoshoots and content creation for showcasing tablescape concepts.
