Role Overview
This job role will require the incumbent to drive growth in cross-sell business through offer base expansion, policy-aligned optimization, funnel efficiency enhancement, workflow development, and campaign profitability management.

Role & responsibilities
Increase eligible offer base across products through analytics-led targeting and segmentation.
Align offer bases with risk, credit and business policies to improve base efficiency and conversion.
Monitor end-to-end customer funnels; identify and reduce drop-offs to improve throughput and booking rates.
Partner with Product, Risk, Analytics, Operations and Technology teams to optimize offer generation and customer journeys.
Support workflow development, UAT testing and deployment of current offer bases,



policies and business rules.
Develop MIS dashboards and performance reviews for offer utilization, conversion and productivity metrics.
Create and manage P&L; for each campaign and business vertical, tracking revenue, costs, ROI and profitability.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and portfolio economi

Preferred candidate profile
812 years in Banking / Financial Services with experience in Cross Sell, Portfolio Management, Analytics or Campaign Management.
MBA/PGDM would be preferred
