Purpose/Objective

To manage the Contracting of Civil works for various large water distribution & water treatment projects at Water BU of RMRW business.
(preferable relevant experience in Construction of Dams, Barrages, Reservoir etc.
) This role focuses on identification and deployment of resourceful Contractors for cost-productive and timely completion of works, negotiating best price points, develop and sustain vendor relationships and staying updated with industry trends to drive continuous improvement and thereby meeting specifications of quality and within the stipulated budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Responsible for all techno-commercial aspects for the award of Civil work for large water distribution & water treatment projects (preferable relevant experience in Construction of Dams, Barrages, Reservoir etc.
) • Identify & deploy resourceful Contractors according to the nature of work.




• Negotiate best price points and finalize terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors as per guidelines.
• Oversee and manage the entire contracting process from receipt of requirement up to the award thereby ensuring timely finalization and within the internal cost estimates.
• Coordinating with all stakeholders namely Project team, site construction team & Internal estimate team on all techno commercial issues.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve continuously.
• Support Business development team for cost estimation of Civil works.

Qualifications and Experience
