Key Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding load status
Schedule pickups and delivery appointments
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices)
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or issues
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics systems
Support billing, freight claims, and administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service and timely updates
