Sophos switchers and networking equipment and firewalls
Experiemce with other network hardware
Can do discovery
Troubleshoot - Deploy and Configure
Figure out how can we get into firewall - if no creds with current clients
Can reverse engineer the firewall setup if they have to factory reset the recent client onboarded without creds
Communication outstanding and client facing
Along with Network other technologies- day to way support with clients - tickets and emails.
Servers and cloud servers be a plus
