Roles & Responbilities:
Hands-on experience with SysTrack administration, monitoring, and analytics.
Monitor endpoint health, user experience, and system performance using SysTrack.
Analyze CPU, Memory, Disk, Application, and Network performance metrics.
Investigate performance bottlenecks and recommend remediation actions.
Generate and manage SysTrack reports and dashboards.
Support Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and End User Computing (EUC) initiatives.
Work with IT teams to identify root causes of endpoint performance issues.
