We are looking for an experienced State Collection Manager to lead end-to-end collection operations across the assigned state, drive recovery targets, manage large portfolios, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage Soft, Hard, Field & Legal collections across the state.
Develop collection strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly recovery targets.
Monitor collection efficiency, delinquency, roll rates, and portfolio performance.
Lead and manage Area Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
Manage collection agencies, field partners, SLAs, payouts, and performance.
Handle escalations, high-risk accounts, field visits, repossession/RCU, and legal recovery.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and provide performance insights.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Data, and Operations teams.




Ensure compliance, SOP adherence, productivity, and audit readiness.

Candidate Requirements:-
Graduate/MBA preferred.
8 to 10 years of collections experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending experience in personal Loans is mandatory.
Must know local language (Bengali)
Robust experience in high-volume portfolio and field collections management.
Excellent people, agency/vendor, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
Solid knowledge of collection MIS, analytics, and performance tracking.
