Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Work From Home Recruiters who have experience or strong interest in bulk hiring for BPO/Call Center roles. If you are someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and can handle high-volume hiring, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk BPO hiring (Customer Service / Sales / Voice Process)
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), social media, references, and databases
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
Evaluate candidates based on communication skills and job fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain daily reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
Follow up with candidates for interview and joining

Eligibility Criteria
Must have Laptop & reliable Wi-Fi connection




Fluent English communication (Mandatory)
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong target orientation and ownership mindset
Prior experience in BPO hiring / bulk hiring is preferred (Freshers with solid communication can apply)

Compensation & Benefits
