Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate with creators and brands for collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships.
Assist in handling brand communication, requirements, follow-ups, and campaign coordination.
Source, evaluate, and communicate with creators across Instagram and other social platforms.
Handle creator and brand outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination.
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns and barter collaborations.
Support social media management for clients and the agency, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
Assist with developing social media strategies and marketing ideas based on brand objectives and current trends.
Contribute to content ideation, reels, posts, campaigns, and other social media content.
Coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
Maintain creator, client, campaign, and outreach trackers.
Assist with content review and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand briefs.
Research social media trends, creators, competitors, and marketing prospects.
Support other marketing, social media,



and client-related activities across the agency as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to interact with creators and brands professionally.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing.
Interest in influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, strategy, and brand marketing.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute content ideas and social media strategies.
Comfortable handling conversations with both brands and creators.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic digital tools.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience is not mandatory. We are open to freshers and will train you on our processes.
Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
