Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campus facilities and administration operations.
Ensure delivery of services as per IFM contract requirements, SLAs, and timelines.
Oversee maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and compliance activities.
Drive operational efficiency and maintain a secure, productive workplace workplace.
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead campus operations teams to ensure high service standards.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical or Management Degree (mandatory)
Experience Requirement
15+ years of experience in Campus Operations, Facilities Management, or Administration.
Experience managing large-scale campuses and IFM contracts preferred.
